摘要

以稻壳为母体,以阳离子醚化剂为改性剂,合成阳离子型絮凝剂RHNF,并对其性能和应用进行研究,通过正交实验选择的最佳制备条件为反应时间4h、反应温度50℃、m(稻壳)∶m(醚化剂)=5∶1。采用该絮凝剂对生活废水、脱墨废水进行絮凝效果考察,其透光率分别为90.5%、99.5%,浊度去除率分别为97.98%、98.93%。

Abstract

A cationic natural polymer flocculant has been prepared by rea cting cationic reagent with the parent rice husk powder. The RHNF′s flocculanti ng property and its application is examined and the preparation conditions are s tudied. RHNF is produced at 50 ℃ for 4 h by mixing 1 g cationic reagent with 5 g rice husk powder. The flocculan- ting properties of RHNF has been studied using a wastewater solution. The transm ittancy can reach 90.5%,99.5% and the turbidity removal ratios can reach 97.9 8%,98.93% respectively.
