摘要

针对河南油田双河水厂混凝处理加药量偏大的情况,分析计算混凝处理各阶段的水力参数,模拟生产运行中的混合、反应和沉淀过程,进行室内模拟试验研究,并通过生产现场校核,得出针对不同原水水质加药处理的最佳投加量。通过实践证明:降低加药成本达75%,且水质提高效果显著。

Abstract

Aiming at the situation that the agent dose added is a bit too high in the coagulation treatment at the Two-River Water Factory, Henan Oil Field. The hydraulic parameter of each stage of this treatment is analyzed and calculated. The processes of mixing,reaction and precipitation in the operation have been simulated. Experimental research of indoor simulation is carried out. The production site is checked up. The best agent dose to be added for raw water with different water quality has been obtained. The results through practice show that the cost of agent to be added is reduced by75%. The water quality is improved obviously.
