好氧生物流化床处理抗生素废水的试验研究

摘要

采用以新型高分子材料为生物载体的生物流化床工艺处理高浓度的抗生素废水。试验结果表明,该载体挂膜容易,启动快,一个月后载体附着的生物量可达4136mg/L,在载体表观体积为反应器总体积的50%、进水COD容积负荷低于2.5kg/(m3>·d)的情况下,COD去除率可达85%以上。该生物流化床对BOD5的去除率平均高达89.21%,与COD的去除率具有同步性。并研究了反应器中悬浮污泥浓度SS和总生物量MLSS在整个实验期间的动态变化,表明稳定运行时SS和总MLSS基本上稳定不变,当系统受到高负荷冲击时,SS降低,总MLSS升高,而且生物活性也大幅度提高,生物膜处在适应期,反应器抗冲击负荷能力增强。

Abstract

A novel kind of polymer bio-carrier is applied to treat highly concentrated antibiotic wastewater by flui-dized-bed bioreactor.The experimental results show that this kind of bio-carriers has good property for microorganism habitat on it and quick starting up.The biomass attached on the carries is up to 4 136mg/L in one month; the COD removal efficiency of above 85% could be achieved when the bio-carriers apparent volume is 50% of the reactor volume and the influent COD volume loading is under 2.5 kg/(m3d).The average BOD5 removal efficiency is up to 89.21% at stable operation stage,which is simultaneous with the COD removal rate.The dynamic change of suspended sludge SS and total biomass MLSS during the whole operation period show that SS and MLSS are basically constant at stable stage.SS would decrease while MLSS increase when the reactor system suffers from high loading impact.What′s more,the microorganism activity is greatly enhanced,biofilm growth entered adaption step,which indicates that the ability of fluidized-bed bioreactor of resistance to high loading impact is strengthened.
