摘要

作者对大分子有机磷酸PAPEMP的阻垢、缓蚀性能进行了研究。上海石化地区工业耗水量大,工业水中钙离子、总碱度、氯离子等均偏高,在这样的水质条件下,要提高浓缩倍数,必须开发、应用高效的水处理药剂。为此,上海石化腈纶事业部对应用PAPEMP提高浓缩倍数进行了试验,并取得了较好的成效。试验表明PAPEMP在同类阻垢剂中具有较好的阻垢、缓蚀性能,钙离子容忍度大大提高。

Abstract

The scale and corrosion inhibitions of PAPEMP have been studied. The results show that the PAPEMP has better effect on scale and corrosion inhibitions than other compounds. The permissible content of calcium ions is obviously improved. A great deal of industrial water is needed in Shanghai Petrochemical Area. The calcium ion content,total alkalinity,chlorine ion content are all comparatively high in this kind of water. In such a water quality condition,we must exploit and apply highly efficient water treatment chemicals. Therefore,PAPEMP has been used to improve the concentration ratio by Acrylic Fibre Plant,Shanghai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd. Pretty good results have been obtained.
