摘要

离子交换树脂的再生、置换、清洗是凝结水混床工作过程中的重要环节,直接影响着混床的出水质量和自用水率.作者对凝结水精处理中使用的大孔型树脂在上述过程中的特点及规律性进行了实验研究.取得了置换排水pH的变化规律,提出了阳、阴置换终点时应控制的pH;取得了树脂清洗排水水质变化特点,提出了阳、阴树脂单独清洗时终点应控制的电导率值,得出了阳、阴树脂过多单独清洗是没有必要的结论.

Abstract

Regeneration, replacement and washing of ion exchange resin are the important steps in the working course of condensate mixed bed, which effect directly the quality of out-flow and self-using water ratio. The acting characteristic and rule of macro-porous resin used in condensate fine treatment process have been studied. The rule of pH variety of drainage replacement is obtained. The apt pH values of cation and anion resin replacement end- point are put forward. At the same time the variational characteristic of drainage water quality is obtained when resin is washed. The conductance value, when cation and anion resin are washed solely is put forward. It is concluded that when cation and anion resin are too much, there is no need to prolong the washing time.
