就 S- 316 (氯化三氟乙烯 )和 CCl4(四氯化碳 )两种萃取剂在非分散红外测油法中的应用进行探讨、分析。通过对使用两种萃取剂 (S- 316和 CCl4)方法的线性、精密度、检出限及回收率的比较,结果表明,在测油仪标定满刻度 2~ 2 0 0 m g/L 范围内成线性,测量精度 1%左右,检出限为 0 .1m g/L,加标回收率达到 85 %以上。在严格控制萃取剂纯度和分析操作的条件下,使用两种萃取剂所得结果一致,完全满足现场测油的精度。但使用 CCl4的成本远低于 S- 316,在用非分散红外法测水中含油量中有很高的实用价值,在环境监测中有着广阔的应用前景。

Experimental researches are made on the application of two extraction solvents S- 316( a polymer of chlorot rif luoroethylene) and CCl4 to the non-dispersive infrared analysis. By the comparison of the linearity, the measuring accuracy and the delect ion-limit,it shows that if the conditions of the operation and the purity of the ex traction solvent are cont rolled strictly,the result s must be the same: in the area of 2~200 mg/ L demarcated by the instrument it is linear; the measuring accuracy is about 1%, the detection limit is 0.1 mg/ L, and the recovery rate is over 85% .The demand in pract ice will be met entirely. But by the use of ext raction solvent CCl4, the cost is much less than that of extraction solvent S - 316. This method has a great value in the determination of oil-bearing amount in water, having wide use prospects in the environmental monitoring.
