摘要

火电厂磷酸盐水化学工况从最初的协调磷酸盐处理到最后的平衡磷酸盐处理、低磷酸盐处理的发展过程实际上是从高磷酸盐处理到低磷酸盐处理的一个发展过程。作者对磷酸盐暂时消失现象发生的原因及实质进行了探讨,并介绍了为避免磷酸盐暂时消失现象发生而提出的几种方法,讨论了不同磷酸盐处理的原理、控制指标及实用效果,对各种处理方法进行了比较。结果表明,平衡磷酸盐处理 (或超低磷酸盐处理 )是首选的炉水处理方式。

Abstract

The process from initial congruent phosphate treatment to final equilibrium phosphate treatment of water chemistry conditions in heat power plants is a process from high phosphate treatment to low phosphate treatment in essence.The cause and essence of phosphate temporary disappearance are discussed.In order to avoid this phenomenon, several methods are introduced.The principle, control index and practical effect of different phosphate treatment are discussed,and different kinds of treatment are compared.The results show that the equilibrium phosphate treatment (or ultra-low phosphate treatment)is the best way to treat boiler water.
