摘要

以水为溶剂,将马来酸酐、次磷酸或它的盐,按一定物质的量比加入反应溶液中,并且滴加引发剂进行反应,所制成的齐聚物经过预膜试验发现有膜下腐蚀,加入亚磷酸进行膦化便可解决上述问题。所制成的新型齐聚物具有高密度支链膦酸基官能团,该产品经过阻垢、预膜、缓蚀测定后,认为可作为水处理的阻垢缓蚀剂。

Abstract

The oligomer is prepared in water solvent by adding maleic acid anhydride, phosphinic acid or its salt to the reaction water solution according to a certain molecular ratio, and dropping in some primer.The corrosion under film has been found.In order to overcome the disadvantage, a series of studies have been carried through.Phosphorus acid is added,so as to make it phosphonated.The newoligomer has high density branched chain of phosphonic acid functional groups.This product has undergone tests such as scale inhibition, pre-filming,corrosion inhibition.The results show that it can be used as scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor in water treatment.
