微滤膜-胺基膦酸树脂法处理含镍电镀废水

摘要

介绍了微滤膜-胺基膦酸树脂法处理含镍电镀废水工艺:采用无机陶瓷微滤膜进行预过滤,防止杂质、油污带入而引起树脂中毒失效,利用胺基膦酸树脂高效回收电镀废水中的Ni2+。该工艺简单、操作稳定、运行成本较低,回收的Ni2+浓度大、纯度高,可直接返回电镀生产工序使用。并确定了主要技术参数:无机微滤膜孔径0.8μm,交换操作流速5.2m/h,再生液4%~5%(质量分数)H2SO4,再生液用量3~3.5BV,再生流速1~2BV/h,再生方式顺流。实际应用表明效果良好。

Abstract

The technique of treating nickel containing electroplating wastewater by micro filtration membrane and amidocyanogen phosphonic acid resin is introduced: inorganic membrane is used to prefiltrate to prevent impurity and oil from entering resin before Ni2+ is high efficiently recycled with it.The process is characterized by its simplicity,stability and lower cost.The concentration and purity of Ni2+ recycled is so high that it can reuse in manufacture process.The main technical parameters are determined:0.8 μm of inorganic micro filtration pore size,5.2 m/h of exchanging velocity,4%~5% H 2SO 4 concentration,3~3.5BV of regeneration fluid,1~2 BV/ h of regenerating velocity,regenerating in the same direction.The result shown in practice is good.
