Combined process for the treatment of wastewater having high lubricant content

高浓度润滑剂废水的组合处理工艺

Abstract:

The design concept and technological flow of a combined process:removing emulsible oil by demusificationmethod-removing heavy metals by reduction method-removing organics by multi-step biochemical method, usedfor treating wastewater having high lubricant content are introduced. The results of actual project running show thatthe removing rate is above 99%, when the total concentrations of Cu and Zn in the effluent are both lower than 1 mg/L, and COD lower than 500 mg/L. After it is mixed with complex electroplating wastewater, the discharge standard canbe reached. This complex process is reasonable and complete, having good treatment efficacy.

摘要:

介绍了"破乳法去除乳化油—还原法去除重金属—多级生化去除有机物"的组合工艺处理高浓度润滑剂废水的设计思路和工艺流程。实际工程运行结果表明:出水Cu<1mg/L, Zn<1mg/L, COD<500mg/L, 去除率在99%以上, 与厂区综合电镀废水混合后即可达标排放。组合工艺方法合理、工艺完整、处理效果好。
