The facultative一facultative一aerobic biological treatment technology is used so as to solve the world's difficult problem that traditional activated sludge process can produce a great quantity of residual sludge when activated dye wastewater is treated. The effect of the process condition on COD removal ratio is discussed. It is proved that this technology not only ensures the wastewater treatment efficiency，but also greatly reduces the amount of the discharged residual sludge.
