Application of aeration ditch combined with hydrolysis process to the treatment of paper making intermediate wastewater

Aeration ditch combined with hydrolysis process has been adopted to treat wastewater of bamboo pulp in Yongfeng Paper Making Co. in Sichuan Province. The operating status have shown that this process with fair effect is feasible, the sludge is not inflated, the removal of COD is 90%. It meets the requirement of the National Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978—1996) under condition of MLSS 5-6 g/L。
