Application of gradient dilution method to the determination of phosphor in boiler water by reversed flow injection spectrophotometry

In flow injection analysis,the dispersion of sample sections recurs. Based on the principle, the phosphor is determined by reversed flow injection gradient dilution method. We collect the absorbencies at different prolonged time and gain the calibration curves of corresponding dilution extents. The method is prompt and simple. Some indiluted phosphor-containing samples may be directly measured.
