Abstract

Using zeolite and biological processes for treating coking wastewater was conducted. The result shows that when the processes are used to the activated sludge process, SBR process and A/A/O process, they can reduce the COD of 800 mg/L to 305 mg/L, 221 mg/L and 185 mg/L respectively and can also reduce the influent of NH3-N from 45 mg/L to 9.7 mg/L, 14 mg/L and 13.3 mg/L respectively.
