Hydride generated AFS determination of trace lead in natural water after sulfhydryl cotton preconcentration

In a pH =5 ~ 6 HAC -NaAC buffer solution , lead in natural water is preconcentrated with sulfhy dryl cotton .The solution of 0 .05 mol/L HCl is used as eluant .The eluation of lead is determinated by HG -AFS in the system of K2Cr2O7 -H2O2 -K3Fe(CN)6 -HCl.The detection limit for lead is 0 .11 μg/ L , and RSD %of 4.40 % and the recovery rate is 98 %~ 104 %.
