The characteristics of circulating cooling water for crystalizer,equipment and second-cooling spraying elution in the production of electric furnace continuous casting are analy zed systematically.Some designprograms based on the statistics of several steel works in China are introduced and analyzed,too.Some water treatment chemicals to be used are proposed.
