Comparison of the photocatalysis methylorange decolourization of TiO2, ZnO and CdS

Abstract

A comparison of the pho tocatalyses of TiO2,ZnO and CdS with methy lorange is carried out in labo ratory level.It is found that they all have obvious photocataly sis decolourization ef fect,and CdS is the best one.Af ter intermixing with silver,the decolourization effect of various photocatalysis have all been improved a lot.A life-span test is also given.
