Abstract

The coag ulation effect of water is inf luenced by a number of factors and there is no way to determine the chemical dose needed according to the turbidity color alkalinity, or pH of the raw water. The beaker test is the most practical way to do coagulation-flocculat ion and sedimentation treatment research and to give direct ions in production. The compilation purpose, major contents and explanations of related questions of the standard for coagulation-flocculat ion and sedimentat ion beaker test are introduced.
