There have been some outstanding problems of circulating water management : hardw are equipment in the circulating waterworks are old and aging, the bottom of the cooling water tower does not have evacuating equipment,so the mud cannot be drained. The production equipment is arranged seriously out of order.The coo-ling efficiency of Cooler 303/ 1- 303/ 4 in Catalysis I Workshop is poor. Cooler 108 in the Gas-fract ion Workshop does not work well either, because the circulating water pipes are blocked. More investment needs to be made for the circulating water treatment equipment.The management needs to be strengthened. Then, the treatment effect will be improved.
