Abstract

Acrylic Fibre Plant of Anqing Branch of SINOPEC is a large scale chemical and fibre enterprise. Design amount of circulating cooling water is 16 000 m3/h in the circulating cooling water system. In the system the material of heat exchangers are mainly copper,stainless steel and carbon steel. A number of heat exchangers are the rank of heat exchanger, a few of heat exchangers are the jacket of heat exchangers.According to the quality and processing conditions of the circulating cooling water in the plant,NJ-213 static scale inhibition and corrosion inhibitor is estimated by the static scale inhibition tests,rotary coupon tests and dynamic simulated tests,and the industrial application. The tests and the application show that when the concentration of the chemicals are 40~60 mg/L,the proportion of scale inhibition rate and the corrosion inhibition rate of the test coupons are higher than 90%.
