摘要：

渤海油田某井口小平台生产出的油气水在平台进行计量后通过海底管线输送到下游浮式储油轮(FPSO)进行处理,此FPSO处理负荷随着上游平台的综合调整和大泵提液等措施逐渐加大,从而个别上游平台的产能受到下游处理能力的限制,无法实现提液增产。渤海油田首次在上游井口小平台使用旋流气浮+双介质过滤二级污水处理,并配合使用综合处理剂,处理效果良好,满足回注指标要求。

Abstract:

After the oil-gas water produced from a small wellhead platform in Bohai Oilfield has been measured,it is transported to the floating-type FPSO at downstream through subsea pipelines for its treatment.The FPSO treatment load is increased gradually with the enhancement of the measures,including integrated adjustment and the extraction with the pump at the upstream platform.Thus,the production capacity at certain individual upstream platform is re-strained by downstream treatment capacity,and,as a result,the production increase by extraction cannot be achieved.The two-step industrial wastewater treatment by cyclone floatation unit+dual medium filtration process,in conjunction with integrated treatment agent,is firstly used at the upstream wellhead platform in Bohai Oilfield.The treatment effect is pretty good,meeting the requirements for reinjection indexes.The treatment and reinjection of the produced water at the upstream wellhead platform is equivalent to the release of treatment capacity of downstream process.
