PAC-PDMDAAC处理微污染水的絮凝特征研究

Study on flocculation characteristics of micro-polluted water treated by PAC-PDMDAAC

摘要: 采用无机-有机复合絮凝剂PAC-PDMDAAC处理微污染水,考察了PAC与PDMDAAC质量比、PAC-PDMDAAC投加量对浊度和溶解性有机物去除效果的影响,利用絮凝度测定仪(PDA)在线监测絮凝过程,分析了不同pH、不同搅拌条件下的FI指数、分形维数的絮凝特征变化规律。实验结果表明,PAC与PDMDAAC的最佳质量比为5∶1,PAC-PDMDAAC最佳投加量为30 mg/L,最佳pH为5.0。当快搅强度为100 r/min时,FI曲线的平衡值最大,絮凝效果最佳;当快搅时间为1 min时,分形维数随快搅强度的增大而增大;当快搅时间分别增加至2 min和3 min时,分形维数随快搅强度的增大而减小。

Abstract: In this study,inorganic-organic composite flocculants(PAC-PDMDAAC) was used to treat micro-polluted water. The effects of PAC-PDMDAAC mass ratio,dosage of PAC-PDMDAAC on the turbidity and dissolved organic matter removal were mainly investigated. The effects of pH and stirring conditions on the flocculation index(FI) and fractal dimension were analyzed through on-line monitoring by using photometric dispersion analyzer(PDA). The experimental results indicate that the optimum conditions are as follows:the ratio of PAC to PDMDAAC is 5:1,the dosage of PAC-PDMDAAC is 30 mg/L,and the pH value is about 8.0,respectively. Furthermore,the best flocculation effect is obtained at the fast stirring intensity of 100 r/min,as the equilibrium value of FI curve is the highest. When the fast stirring time is 1 min, the fractal dimension gradually increases with the increase of the fast stirring intensity. In contrast,as the fast stirring time extends to 2 or 3 min, respectively,the fractal dimension decreases with the increase of fast stirring intensity.
