一种溶解性难生物降解化学需氧量的测定评价方法

摘要:

就一种废液中溶解性难生物降解化学需氧量的测定评价方法进行介绍。参考生物膜法中接触氧化法的挂膜废水处理方式,搭建小型循环系统。采用基于生物膜法的动态循环法对溶解性难生物降解化学需氧量进行测定并评价其降解特性。通过对装置的循环流速调节、接种挂膜培养、驯化、清洗、测试,并经不同实验室验证,校核参比样品降解率达96%以上,平行试验测定绝对差值与算术平均值之比为1.01%、1.33%。试验验证结果表明,采用该方法测定废液中的溶解性难生物降解化学需氧量是可行的。该方法适于废液中溶解性难生物降解化学需氧量的评价,对于废液生化处理工艺中的污泥活性评价及化学需氧量降解试验条件筛选也可参考使用。

Abstract:

A method of determination and evaluation for soluble recalcitrant chemical oxygen demand(COD) which was difficult to be biodegraded in waste liquid was introduced. A small circulation system was established by referring to the treatment method of membrane hanging wastewater by biological contact oxidation in biofilm process. A dynamic cycle method based on biofilm method was used to measure and evaluate the degradation characteristics of soluble recalcitrant COD. The degradation rate of reference samples was more than 96% by adjusting the circulation velocity of the test device, inoculation and membrane culture, acclimation, cleaning and testing, and verified by different laboratory tests. The ratio of the absolute difference value determined by parallel tests and arithmetic mean value was 1.01% and 1.33%. It was proved that this method was feasible to evaluate and measure dissolved and biodegradable COD in waste liquid. This method is suitable for the determination and evaluation of soluble recalcitrant COD in waste liquid, and can also be used for the evaluation of sludge activity and the screening of COD degradation test conditions in the biochemical treatment process of waste liquid.
