摘要:
上海某水质净化厂设计污水处理远期规模1.5×105 m3/d,近期规模7.5×104 m3/d,出水执行GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》中的一级A标准。其进水以工业污水为主,约占70%,且进水水质波动大,超标风险高,难降解COD、TP、TN浓度高。设计采用事故调节池+水解酸化池+改良AAO+MBBR+磁混凝高效沉淀池+反硝化深床滤池工艺进行处理。近1年的运行数据表明,该厂运行稳定,出水水质全部优于设计出水标准,对水质、水量冲击负荷有较好的承受能力。

Abstract:
The long-term design scale of sewage treatment of a plant in Shanghai is 1.5×105 m3/d, and the short-term scale is 7.5×104 m3/d. The effluent quality meets the requirement of the first level A Standard in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Minicipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002). Industrial sewage occupied a dominant position in the field of wastewater treatment, which accounted for about 70% of total. The industrial sewage has the characteristics of large fluctuation of influent, high risk of exceeding the standard and refractory COD, TP and TN. In the engineering design, the process of accident regulating pool+hydrolysis acidification pool+improved AAO+MBBR+ high efficiency magnetic coagulation sedimentation tank+denitrification deep bed filter was adopted. According to the operation data of nearly one year, the operation of plant was stable. The effluent quality was better than the designed standard and it had good bearing capacity for the impact load of water quality and quantity.
