用地紧张条件下工业污水处理工程集约化低碳化设计案例

Case of industrial sewage treatment project for intensive and low-carbon design under land tension

摘要:

介绍了浙江某印染企业二期项目8 000 m3/d废水处理工程的建设背景及现状,从工艺、构筑物结构、设备选型等方面总结了工程设计的集约化与低碳化特征,设计上的主要特色为构建筑物集成布局和部分双层结构:曝气调节池、初沉池、厌氧配水池和中间沉淀池集成布局为综合池一,并设计为双层钢砼结构;缺氧池、好氧池、二沉池、终沉池、膜车间进水提升池、污泥浓缩池及加氯加药间、鼓风机房等集成设计为综合池二。同时基于厌氧脱色设计目标的厌氧膨胀颗粒污泥床(EGSB)设计高度居国内首位,有效利用了空间,减少了土建成本,并实现超长水力停留时间,为用地紧张条件下的工业污水处理工程扩容或新建提供工艺设计及布局上的参考与借鉴。工程试运行期间进水量为目标水量的50%,各单元处理效果均达到预期目标,各指标均低于相应标准限值,EGSB的脱色率为87.5%,系统COD总去除率达到97.6%。

Abstract:

The background and construction situation was introduced for the 8 000 m3/d wastewater treatment of a printing and dyeing enterprise. The design characteristics of intensification and low carbonization were summarized from various aspects including process,structure layout and equipment selection. The major features of the project were the integrated layout and double-layer structure of some units. The aeration tank, primary sedimentation tank,anaerobic distribution tank and intermediate sedimentation tank are arranged together and are designed as a double-layer steel concrete structure,called integrated Pool Ⅰ. Another integrated structure, named as comprehensive pool Ⅱ,contained two aeration tanks,two aerobic tanks,one secondary sedimentation tank,one final sedimentation tank,one membrane processing system inflow tank,two sludge concentration tanks,one chlorine dosage room, one blower room. Especially,the height of EGSB,a decolorization facility,had topped all other cases in China,which granted the design more effective usage of space,less cost of civil engineering,and ultra-long hydraulic residence time. This design provided a model in process design and building layout for construction or expansion of industrial sewage treatments under tight land use conditions. During the trial operation of the system,the inflow was 50% of the target flow,the treatment effect of each unit reached the expected target,and each of the indicators monitored was lower than the standard limit. The decolor rate of EGSB was 87.5%,and the total COD removal rate of the system reached 97.6%.
