摘要:

青神县工业开发区污水处理厂进水水质复杂,难降解有机物含量较高且可生化性低,出水执行《四川省岷江、沱江流域污染物排放标准》(DB 51/2311—2016)。为使出水达到高标准排放,设计采用“水解酸化池+A2/O/A-MBR+Fenton流化床氧化系统+紫外消毒”处理工艺,设计规模为3×104 m3/d。介绍了该工程设计进出水水质指标、主要构筑物参数、工艺设计特点等。经过调试运行后,出水COD为32~39 mg/L,出水NH3-N为0.11~0.19 mg/L,出水TN为10.4~14.4 mg/L,出水TP为0.11~0.18 mg/L。Fenton氧化系统对NH3-N去除效果显著,但对污水中TN基本无影响,Fenton流化床系统的应用实现了化学降解有机物以及化学除磷。稳定运行5个月的出水水质可稳定达标排放。经测算,该工程合计运行成本(药剂费、电费、人工费)为1.491元/m3

Abstract:

The influent water quality of the WWTP in industrial development zone of Qingshen is complex,with high content of refractory organic matter and low biodegradability. The effluent implemented the Pollutant Discharge Standard in Minjiang and Tuojiang River Basins of Sichuan Province(DB 51/2311—2016). In order to make the effluent of the project reach a high standard of discharge,the WWTP with a design capacity of 3×104 m3/d adopted the wastewater treatment process of hydrolysis acidification,A2/O/A-MBR system,Fenton fluidized bed reactor and ultraviolet disinfection. The design influent and effluent quality,main structure parameters and process characteristics were introduced. After commissioning and operation,the effluent COD was 32-39 mg/L,the effluent NH3-N was 0.11-0.19 mg/L,the effluent TN was 10.4-14.4 mg/L,and the effluent TP was 0.11-0.18 mg/L. The results showed that the Fenton fluidized bed reactor had a significant removal effect of NH3-N,but basically had no effect on the change of TN. And the application of Fenton fluidized bed reactor realized chemical degradation of organic matter and chemical phosphorus removal. The effluent water quality of stable operation for 5 months could be discharged to the standard. After calculation,the total operating cost of pharmaceutical fee,electricity fee and labor fee was 1.491 yuan/m3.
