含钛聚硅酸盐絮凝剂的合成及处理压裂返排液研究

Synthesis of titanium containing polysilicate flocculant and treatment of fracturing flowback fluid

摘要:

为了得到处理压裂返排液的优良絮凝剂,采取共聚法分别合成聚硅酸硫酸钛(PTSS)、聚硅酸硫酸钛铝(PTAS)、聚硅酸硫酸钛铁(PTFS)。考察了n(金属):n(硅)、n(钛):n(金属)、熟化时间、投加量对合成絮凝剂性能的影响,并分别采取正交实验得到最佳合成条件。结果表明,PTAS的处理效果最好,去浊率为99.28%,TOC去除率为69.63%,COD去除率为78.51%。絮凝剂的结构、形貌、絮凝机理的研究结果表明,絮凝剂中有Ti—O—Si键、Al—O—Si键和Fe—O—Si键形成,絮凝剂的表面结构显著改变,孔隙度增大;PTAS产生的絮体尺寸及分形维数更大,因此其絮凝效果更好。

Abstract:

In order to obtain excellent flocculants for treating fracturing flowback fluid, PTSS, PTAS and PTFS were synthesized by copolymerization respectively. The effects of n(metal): n(silicon), n(titanium): n(metal), curing time and dosage on the performance of synthetic flocculant were investigated, and the optimum synthesis conditions were obtained by orthogonal test. The results showed that the treatment effect of PTAS was the best, the removal rate of turbidity, TOC and COD is 99.28%, 69.63%, and 78.51%. The results of structure, morphology and flocculation mechanism of the flocculant showed that Ti-O-Si, Al-O-Si and Fe-O-Si bonds were formed in the flocculant. The surface structure of the flocculant changed obviously and the porosity increased. The size and fractal dimension of the flocs produced by PTAS were larger, so the flocculation effect was better.
