苏里格气田压裂返排液差异化处理及回用技术

Differential treatment and reuse technology of fracturing flow-back fluid in Sulige gas field

摘要:

针对苏里格压裂返排液处理难度大、处理效率低、处理成本高等问题,通过工艺优化和处理单元灵活组合,形成了压裂返排液的快速处理工艺和精细处理工艺,实现了压裂返排液差异化处理和精细化回用。快速处理工艺对压裂返排液的处理量高达40 m3/h,处理水质满足洗井、试压等需求。精细化处理后压裂返排液的悬浮固体质量浓度<50 mg/L,钙镁离子质量浓度<50 mg/L,细菌低于100 CFU/mL,矿化度<20 000 mg/L,满足重复配液施工需求。采用精细化处理后的压裂返排液进行压裂液的配制,通过配方优化形成了配液配方,所配制压裂液的交联、耐温、破胶等性能均能满足行业标准和压裂需求,施工参数及压裂改造效果与使用清水配制时一致。该技术已成功推广,累计处理并回用返排液2.4×104 m3,相对常规工艺平均处理速率提高30%以上,处理成本降低20%以上。

Abstract:

In view of the difficulties,low efficiency and high cost in the treatment of Sulige fracturing flow-back fluid,rapid treatment and refined reuse technology were formed through process optimization and flexible combination of treatment units,which could improve the treatment efficiency and reduce the treatment cost. The treatment rate of rapid process was up to 40 m3/h,and the treated water quality could meet the requirements of well washing and pressure test. After refined treatment,the suspended solid particles was less than 50 mg/L,the total mass concentration of calcium and magnesium ions was less than 50 mg/L,and the bacterial content was less than 100 CFU/mL,the salinity was less than 20 000 mg/L. All of these could meet the requirements of repeated fluid preparation. The refined fracturing flow-back fluid was used for the preparation of fracturing fluid,and the formulation of fracturing fluid repeatedly prepared had been formed through optimized. The crosslinking,temperature resistance,gel breaking and other properties of the repeated prepared fracturing fluid could meet the industry standards and fracturing requirements,and the fracturing parameters and reservoir stimulation effect were consistent with that of clean water. The technology had been successfully applied with a total of 2.4×104 m3 of flow-back fluid treated and reused. Compared with the conventional process,the average treatment efficiency by this technology increased by more than 30%,and the treatment cost reduced by more than 20%,which had achieved good application effect.
