压裂返排液高效回用处理技术研究与应用

Research and application of the high efficiency recycling technology for fracturing flowback fluid

摘要:

系统分析了四川地区不同页岩气压裂返排液的水质情况,明确了返排液中超出回用水质标准的关键指标,通过室内实验系统研究不同工艺对压裂返排液的处理效果,提出了能适应不同水质返排液的回用处理技术,并在现场开展应用。研究结果表明,返排液经软化-混凝-絮凝-杀菌处理后出水达到回用水质标准,其最优条件为:升高pH至10,混凝剂投加量(Y 1)满足Y 1=0.46X 1+39(X 1为混凝前悬浮物浓度),絮凝剂投加量(Y 2)满足Y 2=0.004 1X 2-0.9(X 2为絮凝前悬浮物浓度),杀菌剂投加量、杀菌pH和时间分别为200 mg/L、6和30 min。根据最优条件制造了能自动加药的回用处理装置。应用结果表明,自动加药处理出水水质比手动加药的出水水质更优且能达到回用水质标准,其药剂费比手动加药低35%,自动加药处理出水配成的滑溜水性能优于原水及手动加药处理出水配成的滑溜水性能,且能达到滑溜水性能要求。

Abstract:

The water qualities of different shale gas fracturing flowback fluids in Sichuan systematically analyzed and the water quality which exceeded the requirements of reused water was ascertained. According to the effect of treatment techniques on dealing with flowback fluids,the recycling treatment techniques adopted to flowback fluids with different water qualities was proposed and was applied in the shale gas field. The results showed that the quality of effluent treated by softening-coagulation-flocculation-sterilization process met the requirements of reused water,the optimal parameters were:the pH 10,the dosage of coagulant(Y 1) meeting the equation Y 1=0.46X 1+39(X 1 was the total suspended solid of the flowback fluids which was not coagulated),the dosage of flocculant(Y 2) meeting the equation Y 2=0.004 1X 2-0.9(X 2 was the total suspended solid of the flowback fluids which was not flocculated),the dosage of bactericide 200 mg/L,pH 6 and time 30 min respectively. A set of skid-mounted device for recycling was designed according to the optimal parameters and was applied in shale gas field. The results showed that comparing to manual dosing,the quality of effluent treated by automatic dosing was better and met the requirements of reused water,and the cost of automatic dosing treatment was 35% lower than that of manual dosing treatment. Moreover,the water quality of slick water prepared by the effluent was better than that of slick water prepared by flowback water and effluent treated by manual dosing and can meet the requirements.
