组合工艺处理高浓度日用化工废水

Highly concentrated cosmetic wastewater treatment by combined processes

摘要:

采用"厌氧—接触氧化—臭氧—曝气生物滤池"组合工艺处理高浓度日用化工废水。废水中CODCr从进水5 000 mg/L降到出水<80 mg/L, BOD5从进水1 100 mg/L降到出水<20 mg/L, 处理效率>98%, 排放水质达到广州市污水排放一级标准(DB 4437—1990)。废水处理站的长期实际运行结果表明, 高效的厌氧处理和臭氧—曝气生物滤池深度处理系统是该工艺处理高浓度废水稳定达标的关键。

Abstract:

The highly concentrated cosmetic wastewater can be treated by anaerobic-contacting oxidation-ozonebiological aerated filter(BAF) . The CODCr of the wastewater drops to below 80 mg/L fromabout 5 000 mg/L of influent and BOD5 drops to below 20 mg/L from 1100 mg/L of influent. Both of the removal rates can reach more than 98%. The quality of the discharged water reaches the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard of Guangzhou(DB 4437—1990). It is indicated by the longstanding running practice in the wastewater treatment station that the high efficiency of anaerobic system and innovative of advanced system with ozone- BAF process are the key factors of treating the highly concentrated cosmetic wastewater.
