改性聚酰胺-胺在含油有机废水处理中的应用研究

Research on the modified polyamidoamine to the treatment of oil-bearing wastewater

摘要:

介绍了3.0G聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM)的改性方法,用制备好的改性PAMAM处理含油废水。综合考察絮凝剂添加量、pH、温度与辅助絮凝剂可溶性淀粉浓度等因素对含油废水的处理效果。结果表明,在pH为9,温度为40℃,改性PAMAM质量浓度为100 mg/L的条件下,含油废水的COD去除率为75%,除油率为80%。

Abstract:

The method for the modification of 3.0G polyamidoamine (PAMAM) is introduced.The modified PAMAM prepared has been used for treating oil-bearing wastewater.The influences of flocculant dosage,pH,temperature,concentration of soluble starch of assistant flocculant,etc.on the oil-bearing treatment effects are investigated com-prehensively.The results show that the removing rate of COD reaches 75% and the removing rate of oil reaches 80%,when the pH is 9,temperature 40℃ and the mass concentration of modified PAMAM 100 mg/L.
