摘要:

介绍了一种用于处理水包油型(O/W)乳状液的高效清水剂。瓶试和现场使用实验表明:当添加质量浓度为12 mg/L时, 该清水剂能够将某油田外排水含油质量浓度从35 mg/L降至10 mg/L, 保证了油田外排水含油质量浓度小于国家控制排放标准。该清水剂现场使用效果优异, 能够促进油田实现节能减排的目标。

Abstract:

An efficient water clarifier for treating oil-in-water type emulsion is introduced. Bottle tests and field tests show that when the added concentration of efficient water clarifier is 12 mg/L, it can reduce the oil content in the effluent water in an oilfield from 35 mg/L to 10 mg/L, and ensure that the oil-content value in oilfield effluent water is less than state-controlled discharge standards. The water clarifier has excellent on-site effects, which can effectively achieve the goal of energy-saving and emission-reduction for the oilfield.
