摘要:
以聚乙烯亚胺为起始剂,氢氧化钾为催化剂,与环氧丙烷和环氧乙烷聚合开发出一种非离子清水剂FQ-503,从清水性能、Zeta电位、界面扩张模量和污水中聚合物含量变化等方面,与在该油田开展过试验的阳离子清水剂YQ-351进行对比,结果表明,YQ-351的水中含油量(OIW)去除率更高,水体清澈透亮,但絮体黏稠、流动性差;FQ-503的OIW去除率相对较低,但絮体分散,流动性好。在渤海L油田的现场应用结果表明,在油气水分离器入口加注20 mg/L、斜板除油器入口加注50 mg/L FQ-503,能显著降低污水系统OIW,同时污水系统聚合物保留率接近100%,无聚合物析出形成胶状物,应用效果稳定,解决了现场污水处理问题。

Abstract:
A nonionic water clarifier FQ-503 was developed using polyethyleneimine as initiator and NaOH as catalyst, polymerized with epoxyethane and epoxypropane. Its characteristics including clarifying performance, Zeta potential, interface expansion modulus as well as content variation of polymer in waste water was compared with the cationic water clarifier YQ-351 which had been taken oilfield trial. The results showed that the cationic water clarifier has higher oil removal efficiency with clear and bright water, but the flocs were viscos with poor liquidity. Whereas the oil removal efficiency of nonionic water clarifier FQ-503 was relatively low, but the flocs were dispersed and had good liquidity. The application results in Bohai L oilfield showed that the OIW reduced obviously by injecting FQ-503 into the inlet of three-phase separator and inclined plate oil remover, at the dosage of 20 mg/L and 50 mg/L separately. And the polymer retention rate in produced water system closed to 100%. There is no polymer precipitation or viscoelastic gel formed. The nonionic water clarifier FQ-503 has stable effect and can solve the problem of produced water treatment in Bohai L oilfield.
