铜冶炼废水深度除氟工艺优化实践研究

Practical study on the advanced defluorination process optimization of copper smelting wastewater

摘要:

以某铜冶炼公司废水处理工程为实例,针对其现有工艺除氟效果不满足国家《铜、镍、钴工业污染物排放标准》(GB 25467-2010)规定的F-质量浓度≤ 5 mg/L标准要求的问题,采用混凝沉淀法进行试验,通过投加铝盐(硫酸铝、聚合硫酸铝铁、聚合氯化铝)实现深度除氟。结果表明,F-去除率随着铝盐投加量的增加而增大;硫酸铝+石灰/片碱法不仅可以实现深度除氟,还能使出水中的Cu、As、Zn浓度满足《铜、镍、钴工业污染物排放标准》(GB 25467-2010)要求。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem of present defluorination process failing to meet the requirement for Copper, Nickel, Cobalt Industrial Pollutant Emission Standard(GB 25467-2010) of 5 mg/L or less standard requirements, a copper smelting wastewater treatment system was used as a project example to the coagulation sedimentation was used in experiment. By adding aluminum salt coagulants, such as aluminum sulfate, polymer aluminum sulfate iron and polyaluminium chloride, fluorine iron in the wastewater to achieve deep fluoride removal. The results showed that the defluorination capacity increased with the dosage increase of aluminum salt coagulants. The method of aluminum sulfate+lime/caustic soda could realize the effective removal of fluoride, as well as the decrease of copper, arsenic and zinc in the effluent to meet the requirements of Copper, Nickel, Cobalt Industrial Pollutant Emission Standard(GB 25467-2010).
