摘要:

研究了在表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)及乳化剂OP存在下,二苯碳酰二肼(DPC)与汞的显色反应和吸光光度法测定微量汞的测定条件。络合物的最大吸收波长为560nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε560=9.39×104L/mol·cm,汞量在0.0~35.0μg/25mL范围内服从朗伯比尔定律。方法应用于地面水及污水中微量汞的测定,结果满意。

Abstract:

Abstract A color reaction of mercury(Ⅱ) with DPC in the presence of CTMAB and OP and the determining conditions of absorbance of trace mercury were reported in this paper. The absorption maximum of this complex is found to be at 560nm, with an apparent molar absorptivity of 9.39×10 4L/mol·cm.Beers law is obeyed in the concentration range of mercury (Ⅱ) 0~35 0μg/25mL. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of mercury(Ⅱ) in waste water with satisfactory results.
