微生物絮凝剂处理淀粉废水的研究

摘要:

从土壤中分离、筛选得到高效絮凝剂产生菌A-9,对其培养液的粘性及其絮凝性进行了考察。对用该菌产生的絮凝剂处理淀粉厂的黄浆废水进行了试验研究。结果表明,A-9所产絮凝剂(培养液)的絮凝率随粘性的增加而提高,用其处理淀粉厂的黄浆废水效果明显优于目前常用的聚铝、聚丙烯酰胶等化学絮凝剂。

Abstract:

The bacteria named A-9 which can produce bioflocculantwith high flocculating activity was screened from soil, and theviscosity and flocculating activity of the culture liquid wereinvestigated. The bioflocculant was used to treat starchwastewater. The results show that the flocculating rate of thebioflocculant produced by A-9 increases with the viscosity ofculture liquid. Obviously. the bioflocculant can flocculate starchwastewater better than the conventional chemical flocculants,such as PAC, PAM et al.
