液相中臭氧浓度的检测

摘要:

在气相臭氧浓度的靛蓝二磺酸钠分光光度法(GB/T15437-1995)基础上提出了液相臭氧浓度的测定方法,采用靛蓝二磺酸钠标准曲线法代替采用易分解的臭氧标准曲线法,得出测定条件λmax=612~615nm、ε=20000L/(mol·cm)、pH为2,通过碘量法比较实验,说明新的测定方法具有较高的精度和准确度,相对标准偏差(CV)小于3.0%;比较结果表明忽略空白实验将引入5.0%的系统误差。

Abstract:

ractA modified analy sis method based on the determinat ion of ozone —indigo disulphonate spect rophotometer( GB/T 15437 -1995)in gas phase has been developed to detect the concent rat ion of ozone in liquid phase.An analy tical condition of λmax =612 ~ 615 nm, ε=20 000 L/(mol?cm), pH 2 is obtained by the tit ration of indigo disulphonate.Compared with potassium iodide method, it show s a higher precision and accuracy, CV <3.0 %。The result s also prove that blank experiment w ill bring about 5.0 % systematic error.
