摘要:

对循环水系统硫化氢的来源、危害以及硫化氢的腐蚀机理进行了详细的分析,指出水中的硫化氢将严重影响水质的缓蚀和杀菌处理的效果,甚至使常用的缓蚀剂和杀菌剂失去作用,并提出了解决循环水中硫化氢问题的对策及水稳剂的选用原则。

关键词: 硫化氢, 腐蚀, 循环冷却水, 缓蚀剂, 阻垢剂

Abstract:

The source, the harm, and the corrosion mechanism of hydrogen sulfide in circulat ing cooling systems in refinery plant s are analy zed.It is pointed out that the hydrogen sulf ide in water has seriously influenced the effect of water quality on corrosion inhibit ion and sterilizat ion.Even the commonly used corrosion inhibitor and g ermicide have no ef ficiency.The solut ion of these problems and the principle of choosing water stabilizer are put forward.
