摘要:
提出了纯水制备反渗透膜系统优化设计的经典模型, 导出了相应的简化模型, 描述了用现行设计软件实现优化设计的具体计算过程, 明确了系统优化结构的两个判据。在此理论与方法指导下, 得出了对应低难溶盐给水条件的膜系统最优"六支段饱和结构", 并结合浓差极化指标严格界定了低难溶盐给水的各难溶盐临界饱和度, 从而为小型反渗透膜系统的设计提供了一套完整的优化理论、优化方法与优化结构。

Abstract:
An optimized classic model of small RO membrane system prepared by using pure water is put forward. An accordingly simplified model is educed. The actually designed software to realize the specific calculating process of the optimized design is described. Two criterions of the optimized structure of the design is affirmed. Under the guidance of this theory and method, a "6-section saturated structure" is obtained. It is best for corresponding with the water supply conditions of low insoluble salts. And the critical saturabilities of various insoluble salts in the water supply of low insoluble salts are defined strictly. Therefore,a complete set of optimized theory method and structure is presented to the design of small RO membrane systems.
