摘要:

介绍了采用序批式活性污泥(SBR)法处理屠宰废水的工程实例。本实例主要用于中小型的屠宰废水中, 主要建筑物有隔油隔渣池、调节厌氧池、SRR反应池。该核心工艺是SBR, 其运行周期主要分为进水期、反应期、沉淀期、排水期和闲置期等五个阶段。设计工艺简单、占地面积小、运行费用低、运行方式灵活。当进水CODCr为900~1000mg/L时, 出水可达到国家《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)中的一级标准, 主要污染物CODCr≤100mg/L。

Abstract:

The application of sequencing batch reactor(SBR) process to the treatment of slaughterhouse wastewater is presented. This design is suitable for medium or small sized slaughter house wastewater and its main structures are oil separating,anaerobic adjusting chamber and SBR. The SBR goes through five periods,i.e. water inflowing,reacting,settling,draining and leaving unused periods. The designed SBR process is characterized by simple technology,small area,low running cost and flexible operation. When the inflow CODCr is in the range of 900~1 000mg/L,the effluent can meet the Discharge Standard of GB8978-1996 and the main contamination CODCr is ≤100 mg/L.
