摘要:

对电辅助Fe2+活化过硫酸钠高级氧化法预处理屠宰废水进行了实验研究.采用方型电解槽作为反应器,石墨作为阴、阳极,考察了电流密度、Na2S2O8浓度、FeSO4浓度、pH等反应参数对废水COD降解效果的影响.正交实验结果表明,各参数对废水COD降解的影响程度大小依次为:FeSO4初始浓度、Na2S2O8初始浓度、pH和电流密度.通过动力学拟合分析还表明其反应过程符合一级反应动力学模型.

Abstract:

The treatment of slaughterhouse wastewater by electro-assisted Fe(Ⅱ)+ activated disodium peroxodisul- fate advanced oxidation process has been conducted. The square cell is used as its reactor and graphite as anode and cathode. The influences of operation parameters,including electric current density,Na2S2O8 concentration,FeSO4 concentration,pH,etc. on the COD degradation effect are investigated. The results of orthogonal analysis show that the influence of influencing degrees of various reaction parameters on the wastewater COD degradation take turns as follows:FeSO4 initial concentration,Na2S2O8 initial concentration,pH,and current density. The kinetic fitting analysis also shows that the reaction course complies with the first-order kinetics model.
