摘要:

以沈阳某屠宰厂为例,介绍了气浮—水解酸化—接触氧化工艺在该屠宰废水处理工程中的应用。通过在好氧段投加高效菌的方式,更有效地去除水中的COD、BOD5。运行结果表明:工艺可行且管理方便,投资、运行费用低,处理效果稳定,出水水质可达到《肉类加工工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 13457—1992)的一级排放标准。

Abstract:

Taking a Shenyang slaughterhouse for an example,the engineering application of air floatation-hydrolysis acidification-contact oxidation process to the slaughterhouse wastewater treatment is introduced. Through adding high-efficient bacteria to the aerobic section,COD,BOD5 can be removed efficiently. Operation effect shows that the process is characterized by feasible process and easy management,low investment,low operational cost and stable treatment efficiency. The effluent water quality can meet the requirements of the first grade criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Meat Packing Industry(GB 13457—1992).
