气浮/三维电解/生物降解处理芯片封装测试废水研究

The treatment of chip packaging and testing wastewater by air flotation/three-dimensional electrolysis/biodegradation

摘要:

采用“气浮+三维催化电解+生物选择+厌氧好氧”组合工艺处理电子芯片封装测试厂生产废水,探索了各处理单元的不同运行参数对废水中污染物降解的影响。结果表明:四级三维催化电解是该处理工艺的关键步骤,通过四级三维催化电解可使废水中的难降解、具有毒性的有机污染物得到分解,为后续生物处理创造条件。在四级三维电解过程中,当每级的电流密度为70 mA/cm2、总电解时间为6.0 h时,废水COD降解率可达85%以上。确定溶气压力0.2 MPa时的最佳气浮时间为45 min,生物选择池的停留时间为2~3 h。厌氧处理结果表明,当水力停留时间为4 d时,出水BOD/COD可提高到0.28左右。好氧处理的最佳曝气时间为14 h。该组合工艺可使废水中的COD降至300 mg/L,TN低于20 mg/L。

Abstract:

A combined process of air flotation, three-dimensional catalytic electrolysis, biological selection and anaerobic aerobic was used to treat the wastewater of electronic chip packaging and testing plant,and the effects of different operating parameters of each treatment unit on the degradation of pollutants in the wastewater were explored. The results showed that four-stage three-dimensional catalytic electrolysis was the key step of the treatment process. Through four stage three-dimensional catalytic electrolysis,the refractory and toxic organic pollutants in the wastewater could be decomposed,creating conditions for subsequent biological treatment. When the current density of each stage was 70 mA/cm2 and the total electrolysis time was 6.0 h,the degradation efficiency of COD could reach more than 85%. It was determined that the optimum flotation time was 45 min when the dissolved gas pressure was 0.2 MPa,and the residence time of biological selection pool was about 2-3 hours. The research of anaerobic treatment showed that when the hydraulic retention time was 4 days,the effluent BOD/COD could increase to about 0.28. The optimum aeration time determined in the aerobic treatment study was 14 h. Through this process,the COD of wastewater could be reduced to 300 mg/L and the TN could be lower than 20 mg/L.
