介绍了一种基于增湿减湿原理的LAT低温常压蒸发系统(LAT系统)及其在某焦化蒸氨废水处理工程上的应用。经工程验证,LAT系统蒸汽消耗量为0.218 9 t/m3,电耗为11.20 kW·h/m3,循环水消耗量为9.44 t/m3,均显著低于传统三效蒸发的公用工程消耗水平。焦化蒸氨废水(COD为8 000~10 000 mg/L)经LAT系统处理后,冷凝液COD降至5 000~7 000 mg/L,再经过生化处理后,二沉池出水COD低于90 mg/L,混凝沉淀池出水COD低于60 mg/L,产水满足《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》(GB 50050—2017)再生水水质标准,可回用于厂区循环水补水。采用LAT技术,酚氨回收的蒸氨工段可不加碱运行,节约了加碱费用;该技术将大部分难降解有毒污染物留在浓缩液中,降低了生化系统及深度处理系统的运行成本;在有低品质余热蒸汽条件下,与传统焦化蒸氨废水处理技术相比,吨水运行费用可降低26.48元/m3。该技术有效降低了蒸氨废水处理难度,提高了生化系统稳定性及可靠性,为焦化废水处理提供了新的参考思路。

Abstract:

A low temperature atmospheric pressure evaporation technology(LAT) based on the principle of humidification and dehumidification and its engineering application for the treatment of coking ammonia wastewater were introduced. It had been proved by an engineering practice that the LAT had the less consumption of steam(0.218 9 t/m3),electricity(11.20 kW·h/m3),and circulating water(9.44 t/m3) compared with the consumption level of traditional triple effect evaporation from utility engineering. After the treatment of coking ammonia wastewater(the original COD,8 000-10 000 mg/L) by LAT,the COD of condensation decreased to a range from 5 000 to 7 000 mg/L,and the COD concentrations from secondary and coagulable sedimentation tank effluents were less than 90 mg/L and 60 mg/L after the biochemical treatment,respectively. The produced water met the quality standard of reclaimed water in the Design Code for Industrial Circulating Cooling Water Treatment(GB 50050—2017) and could be used for replenishing the circulating water in the factory. Using LAT technology,the ammonia distillation section of phenol and ammonia recovery could be operated without adding alkali,thereby saving the cost of adding alkali. The technology reduced operating costs of biochemical and advanced treatment systems by retaining most of the refractory toxic contaminants in the concentrate. Under the condition of low quality waste heat steam,the operation cost of water per ton could be reduced by 26.48 yuan/m3 compared with the traditional coking ammonia evaporation wastewater treatment technology. Gerenally speaking,this technology could effectively reduce the treatment difficulty of ammonia wastewater,improve the stability and reliability of biochemical system,and provide a new reference idea for coking wastewater treatment.
