电催化臭氧-BAF工艺深度处理印染废水中试研究

摘要:

以江苏某纺织染整工业园区污水处理厂综合排放池的污水为处理对象,构建以电催化臭氧-曝气生物滤池(BAF)为主体工艺的印染废水深度处理中试系统,通过优化系统运行参数,考察该系统对难降解有机污染物的去除效果。结果表明,在进水流量10 m3/h、臭氧投加质量浓度20 mg/L、H2O2投加质量浓度7.2 mg/L、催化氧化停留时间30 min、BAF停留时间60 min的条件下,系统对污水中COD的去除率稳定在38%~45%之间,出水COD≤35 mg/L,达到《太湖地区城镇污水处理厂及重点工业行业主要污染物排放限制》(DB 32/1072—2018)规定的出水COD<40 mg/L的要求,同时,系统对UV254、色度也具有较好的去除效果,对废水中检测到的酮洛芬、避蚊胺和咖啡因的去除率也均达到85%以上。经运行成本核算,该系统的吨水处理成本约为0.77元,且运行过程中无二次污染,具有良好的经济和环境效益。

Abstract:

Take the sewage from comprehensive discharge pool of a textile dyeing and finishing industrial park in Jiangsu Province as the treatment object,a pilot scale system for advanced treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater with Electro-peroxone-Biological Aerated Filter(BAF) as the main process was constructed. The removal effect of the system on refractory organic pollutants was investigated by optimizing the system operating parameters. The results showed that under the conditions of 10 m3/h of influent flow,20 mg/L of ozone dosing mass concentration,7.2 mg/L of H2O2 dosing mass concentration,30 min of catalytic oxidation retention time and 60 min of BAF retention time,the COD removal rate of the system was stable between 38% and 45%,and the effluent COD was≤35 mg/L,which met the requirement of COD<40 mg/L in effluent specified in the Discharge Limits of Major Pollutants from Urban Sewage Treatment Plants and Key Industries in Taihu Lake Area(DB 32/1072—2018). Meanwhile,the system had good removal effects on UV254 and chromaticity,and the removal rates of ketoprofen,DEET and caffeine detected in the wastewater were also more than 85%. According to the operation cost accounting,the treatment cost per ton of water of the system was about 0.77 yuan,and there was no secondary pollution in the operation process,which had good economic and environmental benefits.
