摘要:

提出了以硅系水质稳定配方处理低硬度循环冷却水,采用正交实验失重法确定了硅系配方中各组分的配比,并对该配方进行了性能评价。结果表明:该硅系配方能在金属表面形成一层保护膜,能将碳钢腐蚀速率降到0.0348mm/a,铜管腐蚀速率降到0.0005mm/a,满足实际生产的要求。

Abstract:

A silicate based water stabilizer formulation for low hardness cooling water systems is discussed.The optimum composition is come up by the weight loss method.And the performance of the formulation is evaluated.It is concluded that this silicate based water stabilizer can meet the practical requirement
