摘要：

衡水发电厂循环水系统补充水属中硬度、高含盐量、强腐蚀性水质,水质波动较大,循环水系统严重腐蚀。根据该厂的水质特点和工况条件,研制开发了以膦磺羧多元共聚物为主要成分的缓蚀阻垢剂TS-5118。该药剂含有羧基、磺酸基、膦酸基等特效基团,有良好的缓蚀阻垢效果。经过近2a的运行,证明该药剂防腐蚀、防结垢效果是十分有效的,取得了良好的社会经济效益。

Abstract:

The water quality of the make-up water at Hengshui Power Plant is characteristic of medium hardness,high saline concentration,and strong corrosiveness.In addition,the water quality changes a lot with the seasons all the year round.These are the causes of corrosion in the circulating water system at Hengshui Power Plant.Ac-cording to the water quality and working conditions at the power plants,and by doing lots of researches in labo-ratory,corrosion and scale inhibitor TS-5118is prepared and developed.The main composition of it is a kind of oligomers containing phosphonic acid,and carboxylic acid with active functional radicals of carboxy,aldehyde,sulpho,phospho,etc.Its corrosion and scale inhibition performance is excellent.A set of practical scheme of daily operation is also put forward.After the nearly two-year running,it is shown that it is an effective corrosion and scale inhibitor and it has made good social and economic profits.
