摘要:

为解决天津地区水资源短缺的现状,通过应用先进的水处理药剂及自动监控技术,在天津石化公司乙烯厂成功地建成了高浓缩倍率冷却水处理技术示范工程,系统浓缩倍率从3倍提高到5倍以上,年节水量超过60万t。

关键词: 工业冷却水, 高浓缩倍率, 智能化远程监控

Abstract:

Advanced water treatment chemicals and auto-monitor techniques have been used in the Ethylene Plant of Tianjin Petrochemical Co.,in order to solve the water shortage in Tianjin area.After the exemplary engineering of cooling water treatment with high concentration multiplying power was built,the concentration multiplying power has been increased from3to5and the quantity of the water saved is up to600thousand tons per year.
