摘要:

介绍了南钢集团高炉煤气洗涤水系统主要工艺流程及技术改造情况。技术改造后,多年的系统运行结果表明,即使在十分恶劣的条件下,通过投加高性能的絮凝剂和水质稳定剂,配合现场有效的管理措施,系统能处于高效、安全、长久的运行状态。

Abstract:

The main treatment process and the technical reform of the blast furnace coal gas washing water system is introduced.After several years'running,the results indicate that even under bad condition s the treatment sys-tem is more efficient,safer and runs longer by adding sophisticated flocculant and water stabilizer and having efficient on-site managing measures.
