摘要:

介绍了循环水处理药剂所形成的有机磷锌垢的在线清洗技术,通过在炼油循环水系统的实际应用,详细阐述了有关在线不停车清洗技术及实施过程。表明研制应用的ZS-1复合黏泥剥离剂、ZW-1清洗剂和清洗技术较好地清除了系统的污泥和结垢,清洗后水冷器换热效率提高,流通面积增加,取得了预期效果。实践结果表明,该技术费用低,适合于循环水系统长周期运行沉积的有机磷锌钙疏松垢的清除。

Abstract:

This paper introduces the on-line cleaning technique of deposition of organic phosphine and zinc formed by circulating water treatment chemicals and illustrates the related on-line cleaning technique and performance process in details via practical application on oil refining cooling water system. It is indicated that the ZS - 1 multiple slimes dispersant, ZW-1 descaler and cleaning technique could remove the system sludge and deposition effectively and could also improve the heat exchange efficiency of water-cooling exchanger and increase flowing area after cleaning from which we could get expected effect.
